Route: Chengdu - Sigunangshan - Changpinggou valley - Xinduqiao - Hailuogou - Chengdu - China Attractions: Chengdu, Dujaingyan Irrigation System, Wolong, Mt. Sigunaingshan, virgin forest, Hailuogou glacier forest park, Rilong town, riding horse, Tagong grassland, Tagong Temple, Moxi town, Wangjiang Bamboo Park, Wenshu Temple... Itinerary
Day 01: arrived in Chengdu Arrive in Chengdu where is the jumping-off point for the tour. Then take the taxi by yourself to Binjiang or similar hotel, where you can have a good relaxation and enjoy Chengdu's night piece. (L/D)
Day 02: Chengdu - Mt. Sigunangshan Drive to Mt. Sigunangshan, which is 234 km away from chengdu. On the way we will pass Dujaingyan Irrigation System and Wolong. After lunch go on journey to Balangshan, have a rest and take photograph of grassland and the yaks. When we arrive at Mt. Siguniangshan / Rilong town we will visit Shuangqiaogou valley, overnght in Rilong town. And overnight in Rilong town. (B/L/D)
Day 03: Mt. Sigunangshan Take green bus to Changpinggou valley, visit this valley by trekking or horse-riding, you can see the four peaks of Mt. Siguniang and virgin forest, tourists should prepare some food since you have few food options inside. Overnight in Rilong town. , overnight in Rilong town. (B/L)
Horse-riding cost: Depending on your riding distance, from
start point to Erdaoping - RMB50, Xiaganhaizi - RMB100,
Lianghekou - RMB150, you can bargain with the horse owner,
the price is for round trip.
Day 04: Mt. Sigunangshan-Xinduiqiao We will drive to Xinduqiao(283KM), visit Tagong grassland, Tagong Temple. And spend night in Xinduqiao. (B/L/D)
Day 05: Xinduiqiao-Hailuogou Hailuogou is the next destination. It is 136 km from Xinduiqiao. It's a place famous for the modern glacier, icefall and hot spring. Overnight in Hailuogou/ Moxi town. (B/L/D)
Day 06: Hailuogou We will visit Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park, enjoy the hot spring at camp No 2 (RMB65/p.p, cost excluded), overnight in Moxi town. (B/D)
Day 07: Hailuogou-Chengdu After breakfast back to Chengdu(304KM), through the tunnel of Mt. Erlang, overnight in Chengdu. (B/L/D)
Day 08: Chengdu Today we will have a Visit to Chengdu's Wangjiang Bamboo Park. Bamboo is panda's favorite. However the different kinds of bamboos planted in park is not for food but for view. Wenshu Temple is another destination, where is a famous Buddha temple in China. At the same time we will do some shopping. After lunch go to airport. Then all services ends. (B/L)
